Equipment Operators, 2 positions (Pay Rate $ 26-$29)

Field Crew Construction Labor, 4 positions (Pay Rate $ 19-$24)

Synthetic Turf Installation Crew, 2 positions (Pay Rate $ 19-$28)

Natural Turf Installation Crew, 2 positions (Pay Rate $ 19-$28)

Pay rates vary based upon qualifications and experience.

Equipment Operators

  • Finish-grade experience using laser and GPS systems preferred.
  • Storm drainage installation and trenching
  • Equipment Includes dozers, excavators, backhoes, skid steer, loaders, tractors, compaction equipment, and forklifts.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and basic knowledge of layout.

Field Crew Construction Labor

  • Equipment- skid steer, compaction, and small construction equipment.
  • Construction and Building Trades experience preferred.
  • Concrete experience preferred.
  • Willingness to Learn and follow directions.
  • This is a physically demanding position.

Synthetic Turf Installation and Turf Maintenance

  • Experience in Synthetic Turf Installation in Sports Fields or Landscape Turf
  • Equipment-forklift: forklift, small tractor, UTV, top dresser, roller, skid steer, and small tools.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and basic knowledge of layout.
  • This is a physically demanding position.

Natural Turf Sports Crew

  • Experience in Natural Turf Installation in Sports Fields
  • Equipment-forklift: forklift, small tractor, laser grader, UTV, top dresser, roller, skid steer, and small tools.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and basic knowledge of layout.
  • This is a physically demanding position.

Qualifications or Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

A reliable vehicle to get to work.

Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check and drug screen.

The majority of our projects are in the states of Georgia and Florida. Some Travel is required.
