Founded in 1993, North Cobb Christian school is a private Christian K3-12 school in Kennesaw, Georgia. Their athletics department is comprised of football, lacrosse, boys’ and girls’ soccer, basketball, baseball and track and field. In 2019 Advanced Sports Group and Shaw Sports Turf partnered with NCCS to renovate their baseball field’s infield, and returned in the summer of 2021 to complete a full renovation to their Varsity football/soccer/lacrosse field.

Used for multiple sports and classes at all levels, this field was completed on a tight timeline over the summer months, ensuring the Eagles would be able to play their first home game on Shaw’s Legion Pro 2.0 turf.

The field has a great story to its naming as well, stemming from a graduate, Jacob Dennis, who gave his life for our country and was killed overseas on deployment. As Mr. Clingman states, fields are always named for donors, but the school wanted to name their field after a true hero.
