Project Description
As part of a two-field contract for Walker County Public Schools in Northwest Georgia, we completed this baseball field renovation in time for the Ridgeland Panthers to play their 2023 season. Renovation consisted of a full removal of existing natural turf and replacement with Shaw Sports Turf for better ball control and playability.
While on campus, the two other ball fields were awarded to ASG and are in the course of construction now. Softball is to be completed first, which is a conversion to full synthetic turf, like the baseball field. The football field will follow, after Spring graduation, and it will be a returf of an existing synthetic turf product.
We’re excited to be in Walker County for much of 2022 and 2023!
